The library has nine branch libraries in small villages around Nova Gorica: Bilje, Branik, Deskle, Kanal, Mren, Prvačina, Renče, Solkan and Šempeter pri Gorici. They are opened at least twice a week. A book mobile unit is also available – bookmobile bus full of books visits over 80 locations in Goriška region every month. Since 2008 the bus visits also two towns in Italy – Doberdob and Špeter Slovenov (Doberdo del Lago and San Pietro al Natisone).

The membership card is valid in all library units (central library, branches and book mobile).
